Setting up objectives
As you have probably noticed, you can set up objectives in terms of weight and fat mass.
To do so, just click on the Objectives Panel and then select on which criteria you want to set up your goal (weight and/or fat mass).
Commenting your weight graph
We’ve recently introduced a new feature in the dashboard that allows you to comment your weight graph.
Importing data
Do you know you can manually enter data into your dashboard?
Let’s say you’re on holiday and you haven’t brought your Withings WiFi Body Scale with you (what a shame!). Once there, you finally find a body scale from the good old days to weigh in and you decide to keep track of your weight during your vacation. No need to take your old notebook out of the drawer again! Just connect to your dashboard and use the input panel to enter your data.
