Have had and am still having a lot of trouble using the online interface. It all seems very hacked together and lacks polish. Just adding a note to a particular entry is difficult. This lack of polish is a huge weak spot for Withings as a tool and as a brand and I hope your team is aware of it. An Apple-like approach is needed for Withings to truly dominate this market, else I'm afraid it won't be much of a challenge of a competitor with better design-thinking to take eventually the lead.
