Never fear—together we can reverse this trend! Join our Holiday Warm-Up, a one-week activity challenge starting Monday, December 3, that will get you on track for the season. You’ll be inspired by others around the world, and we’ll give you simple tricks and tips to keep moving and get healthy—even as the days get shorter and the temperatures drop.
How does it work?
Simple—we’re asking you to walk 10,000 steps each day for seven days in a row. Share your progress with us on social media and enter to win Withings products!
Here’s how to get started:
- Register here–> #10KWithUs Holiday Warm-Up to receive emails from us about the activity challenge. Don’t worry: we’ll only use your email to send tips related to the challenge. You won’t receive any additional emails unless you’ve subscribed to our marketing communications.
- Visit our dedicated Holiday Warm-Up page on Facebook to RSVP, connect with other participants around the world, and get tips and tricks to help keep you motivated.
- You can ask friends and family to join you—even if they don’t have a tracker. All they need to do is download the free Health Mate app and activate step tracking.
- Get some rest. Did you know that your sleep habits can impact your activity levels?
- On Monday, December 3, get moving! (Or sooner—that’s when the challenge officially starts, but you certainly don’t have to wait.)
- Don’t forget to share your progress on our Facebook page—we’ve got giveaways and surprises in store!
