MyNetDiary and Withings partner for calorie and exercise tracking

October 4, 2012

We are happy to announce MyNetDiary‘s new integration with Withings. This online and mobile weight loss service helps you lose pounds by tracking calorie and exercise, following recommandations from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

When it comes to diets, it seems like everything has already been done – from the most simple recipes for healthiness to the most bizarre solutions for weight-loss. You can easily get lost. Keeping track of your efforts to get trim, knowing when to eat or not, counting the calories trying to match Public Health nutrition standards: all of this takes research, concentration and thinking. MyNetDiary, which is available online and on mobile devices – iPhone, iPad, Android (search for MyNetDiary in Google Play) and Blackberry -, let’s you do this with ease. Now it even syncs with your Withings body scale’s data!

This app is free but you can subscribe to a premium program with additional personalized analyses and assistance. With this paid subscription you get a detailed report of your very own calorie and nutrient needs, a graph of your progress and even a built-in tool to track Diabetes.

When linked to Withings, the MyNetDiary service automatically takes advantage of the weight data recorded by your connected body scale. The app takes it into account when creating your tailored calorie and exercise programs, etching you out personalized diet plans.
