post your weight directly to your loseit.com account!

Lose it! is a free iPhone application and a website to help you succeed your weight loss! You can set goals and establish a daily calorie budget that enables you to meet them. You can also stay on track each day by recording your food and exercise and staying within your budget. The average active Lose It! user has lost more than 12lbs and more than 85% of our active users have lost weight.

 

As an added bonus you’ll also get the Withings badge added to your Lose It! profile after you have connected and recorded your first weight with the new connection. Isn’t that great?

To connect your Withings scale with Lose it!, log to loseit.com and go to the Goals tab. Click where you see ”Connect Withings Scale” in the bottom left of the screen.
