The beta version of the Android app is on the Android Market! Below, you will find a QR code to directly download it on your phone. The name changed. It’s now called:”Withings App”.
It’s still a beta version so it is not yet available to people without a Withings bodyscale. However, the app will be open to everybody next week 🙂
We published the last version: v0.7 By the way, thanks again for your reports on the forum, they are very helpful! If you want, you can become a beta tester to help us make this app even better. To do so, launch Withings App, click on Menu / Settings / Application Settings and tick “Get Beta releases”. By doing so, you will automatically get the intermediate releases, not only the one pushed by the Android Market. If you have any remarks, you can write them on our forum.
So, what’s new on v0.7?
- The app is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Japanese.
- The colors are better and we some animations to smooth the display
- You can select a measurement in the landscape mode, and when bending your phone in portrait mode, you will have the details of this measurements.
- The Settings menu has more possibilities.
- We also fixed a lot of bugs, such as the display of the last measurement, the management of the users’ list, the new users display, …
