As the release of the Withings Activité is getting closer, impatience builds up. This is why we would like to give you some information on the status of your connected watch orders.
Our teams are currently working in Switzerland and are sending the first batch of Withings Activité that have already been pre-ordered since November 5th. These will be sent as soon as tomorrow to our warehouse and then sent to our customers starting Monday, November 24th. This short stay in the warehouse is mandatory for us to ship to you, our customers. To be as fair as possible, we will process these shipments in the chronological order in which the pre-orders were placed. The earlier you pre-ordered, the sooner you will receive your Withings Activité.
For those who did not have the chance to pre-order an Activité, we will notify you of any new stocks in the same chronological order that you clicked on “Keep me informed.” As this system is not infallible, it is possible, however, that upon reception of this email, the stock has already expired.
Finally, note that the Withings Activité will be available in selected stores, including colette in Paris on November 25th, as pre-launch operations.
