Weighing yourself first thing in the morning is a healthy way to start the upcoming day. By offering you the weather forecast right on your scale’s screen, you can plan out the day’s outfit, and decide whether or not to take an umbrella.
This added feature is a further incentive to make stepping on your scale a regular part of your morning routine. According to studies we have conducted, regularity is the key to achieving one’s weight goals.

More than only a provider of information, the Withings’ scales act as a coach, encouraging users to be more active day after day. With the new update, scale users, who also have a Withings activity tracker (Pulse O2, Activité, Activité Pop) or track activity directly with the Health Mate app, will see the number of steps they achieved in the previous day upon weigh-in. Visualizing this information will help you to achieve your goals.
